Our Team

The Teach Learn Grow Team is made up of seven staff members (2 full time and 5 part time), and 50 volunteers who are responsible for the everyday business of the organisation. TLG’s incredible volunteers are the backbone of the organisation, driving the passion and enthusiasm of the Rural Program, eMentor Program and TLG Immersion Program. The tight-knit team works together to facilitate the growth of our organisation with the assistance of the Leadership team.

Being a part of the TLG team offers our volunteers the opportunity to build on a range of skills including professional communication, leadership, time management, conflict resolution and cultural awareness. The unique experience provides university students with networking opportunities, as well as professional development and progression within the organisation. 

TLG is represented on campus at each Perth university (Curtin, UWA, Murdoch, ECU and Notre Dame) with a registered university club and committee. Committees are responsible for maintaining our on-campus presence, promoting brand and cause awareness to encourage recruitment for TLG programs.
