The role:

The Volunteer Director works under the general direction of the CEO, with the support of volunteer teams, to oversee the recruitment, training, and support of all volunteers and to promote a positive culture within the organisation through effective volunteer engagement. The Volunteer Director also works alongside other staff to support the High School Immersion Program and NSW Rural Program.

With the support of their teams, the Volunteer Director will oversee the recruitment and training of all Program and Student Executive volunteers, and maintain a positive culture within the Executive team.
